Swedish Massage or 'Traditional' massage is a manual therapy that emphasizes long strokes, kneading and friction motions to encourage proper circulation. The technique involves rubbing muscles together in the same direction as the flow of blood to the heart. Swedish massage works to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, stretch tight ligaments and reduce emotional stress.

Deep tissue massage was designed to loosen muscle tension and relieve stress. An added benefit of such massage is that it can smooth out scar tissue. The focus is on connective tissues and the deepest layers of muscle mass in the body. Interestingly, while massage itself has been around for centuries, deep tissue massage is actually less than 200 years old.

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.
Sports Massage specializes in injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, muscle manipulation, range of motion, pre and post workout recovery and more! We assist with everyday aches and pains and to eliminate discomfort by utilizing trigger point therapy, deep tissue, stretching, pin and pull techniques and much more in order to address problem areas. We utilize a variety of techniques to strip the muscles to help reduce scar tissue damage.

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy elevates traditional bodywork to a new level. "Ashi" which means "foot" and "Atsu" which means "pressure" is a Western derivative of massage technique developed over 3,000 years ago in Eastern cultures. The long, gliding strokes combined with full body weight and the broadness of the foot improves range of motion, elongates the muscles surrounding the vertebrae, decompresses the spine, and decreases chronic low back pain. It is amazing.

Foot Zone Therapy is a method of treating the physical, mental, energetic and emotional features of the body by using a specific manipulation of the nerves located on the feet. Each nerve signals the brain to make change at the corresponding area---muscle, bone, joint, organ, or system. A complete zone communicates to every cell in the body. The zone encourages the cells to regenerate from their abnormal state to their original healthy state, bringing the body back into balance at the cellular level.

About Us

What We Do

When we opened our doors our goal was to assist as many people as we possibly could. We soon realized that it would require stepping away from the spa and massage business mentality. Although our facilities are beautiful and relaxing, we knew that charging $70-$150 an hour for a massage  would narrow our clientele down to where we knew we couldn't reach many of the people that we knew needed our services.

Our mission is to bring massage therapy and wellness to anyone who needs it. If we can make a difference in the world around us then we are doing our job.
